How Long is the tour?
The standard Cider Farm & Tasting tour takes roughly 1h30m. A tour that includes a cheese tasting lasts around 2h.
Do you have parking?
Yes. Please follow the signs to our Customer Car Park
Is the site accessible?
We have a marked wheelchair access route from the customer car park to the Farm Shop.
Accessible lavatories are located inside the site offices, which is accessed via the staff car park. Accessibility requirements differ from person to person. Given the historic nature and manufacturing purpose of the site, the tour route includes rough and uneven terrain and small yet unavoidable stair sets.
Do we have to book before visiting?
Yes. We have a limited number of tickets available for each tour slot. All guests must book a ticket via our website for their visit.
Where do we go when we arrive for our tour?
Upon arrival, please go directly to the Farm Shop for registration.
Can I bring my dog?
We are happy to allow dogs in the shop and immediate area outside the shop.
The Tour however includes food production areas. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made for access to these areas.
I notice the tours are for over 18s, does this include babes in arms?
Unfortunately our age restriction does include all persons under 18.
We are working on creating a family friendly tour, adjusted to allow children and teens to accompany their parents. Keep an eye out on our socials for when these go live!
What if I’m late?
Tours will leave promptly on the time stated on your ticket. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time. If you are running late, please contact us.
Is it a guided tour?
Yes, access to the facility without a guide is strictly forbidden.
Can I book a tour over the phone?
No, all bookings must be made online
Are you allowed to bring cameras and camcorders in?
Yes, cameras, and phone cameras can be used on site. Make sure you tag us if you post images online #CornishOrchards.
Remember, not everyone consents to being recorded. Please be courteous and ask others before you start recording them.
Cancelations and Amendments
To change your booking we require 48 hours notice. Please login to your booking via your ticket confirmation to change your booking.
If you wish to cancel your booking and receive a refund we require a minimum of 7 days notice. Please contact us directly.
